Gilles has cancer
The day before, accused of murdering Pascal, Gilles was found unconscious in a police cell and then taken to hospital.
Last night, Marianne and Reno informed Chloe and Cecile that her discomfort was due to very high blood pressure. Although his condition has now stabilized, doctors do not know what is ailing him. Until they have an accurate diagnosis, they cannot provide treatment.
Meanwhile, Karim questions Sylvain in Christel’s presence to find out his schedule for last Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Sylvain admits that he was not with Gilles at the time, even though his friend asked him to cover for him.
As for Martin, he questions Aymeric Jonot, from whom Pascal borrowed the blue minibus to kidnap Cecile, for the same reasons. Aymeric was at the bar on Friday afternoon and saw Gilles and Pascal. He admits that things were tense between them and Gilles seemed angry. They were then seen going out together at 5-5:30 p.m. Aymeric adds that he remembers it well because he was expecting to see a horse race at the time. Coming to see Martin to sign the paper, Timothy listens to his testimony.
At the hospital, Marianne and Renault continue to investigate Gilles’ condition. Aaron comes to help them. Marian remembers her brother’s agitation and irritation lately, which especially made him too violent towards Sylvain or Karim. He now interprets this behavior as a possible symptom of cancer. In this regard, additional examination has been started.
For her part, Cécile stands at Gilles’ bedside and begs him to hold her. Chloe comes to see them and tries to comfort him. Cécile confesses that she is sad about her father’s death and hopes that Gilles did not kill him. Chloe, on the other hand, is sure of her uncle’s innocence.
On it, Sylvain goes to see Alex and Bruno to stop going in circles and thinking about Gilles. His friends are there to comfort him.
At home, Timothy continues to investigate Pascal’s death. He tests Aymeric’s credibility by finding out about horse racing. Victor tries to inquire what his son is doing, but the latter refuses to reveal anything to him.
In the evening, Renault receives Gilles’ test results, which confirm Marianne’s hypothesis: her brother has cancer. Relieved by the answer, Marianne is worried because it proves that Gilles could have mood swings and therefore kill Pascal…
Lisa’s plan failed
At the hospital, Soizic questions Victoire about Lisa’s invitation to find out the reason. Victor says Lisa just wants to get to know him. Indeed, water was flowing under the bridge after the last fight. But Soizic still suggests that something terrible is going on.
He’s not wrong, as Lisa plans to introduce him to Simon, hoping they’ll become a couple. The main person involved is also totally up for it.
In the evening, while Soizic finishes preparing to go to Lisa’s aperitif, François remains in his position. He doesn’t want to accompany her to avoid showing too much in public for the time being and to keep the relationship alive.
So Soizic goes alone to Lisa and Aaron’s house. As soon as Simon arrives, the young woman understands Lisa’s trick. However, he still enjoys the evening. Lisa is quite optimistic until Francois, who has changed his mind, knocks on the door and Soizic introduces him as her ex-husband and companion.
Violet approaches Liam
Violet tells Roxanne about her horrible day the other day: not only was Jordan a nuisance to her, but Lilu had to put up with her while she hoped to spend time alone with Liam. At the same time, the latter sends him a message to meet him in the park.
Jordan, on the other hand, gets up quite late and joins Jack and Ryan playing video games. If he hopes Violet will come to see them during the day, Jack replies that he probably won’t set foot in their house considering how he yelled at her the other day.
Meanwhile, Violet finds Liam. He wants to know what Lilu represents in his eyes. Liam says he only considers him a friend. He turns the question to Violet about Jordan. The girl claims that she is not close to him at all. Liam then lends his scarf to Violet as he notices that she is cold.
In the evening, Violet tells Roxanne the contents of the message Jordan sent her: a simple “Sorry about yesterdaywhich he considers completely insufficient. Either way, Violet is now focused on Liam.
