Malik Bentalha parodies the cinema of Pattaya and Frank Gastambide

Malik Bentalha doesn’t stop! On his Youtube channel, the actor started posting parodies of TV shows, clips or streamers, including a video on L’Heure des Pros, which was called L’Heure de Trop and reached 6.2 million views! And this time the comedian attacked the world of cinema and more specifically the director with whom he was filming!

In the video titled “Moscow”, Bentalha gently pokes fun at the film “Pattaya”, directed by Frank Gastambide (Medellin, Les Cairas), in which he starred in 2016. We easily recognize the people parodied with the actor: Frank Gastambid and Anuar. Tubal, the actor is also in Pattaya.

We can mention a few jokes that were sent directly to the director Gastambide of Taxi 5, in which Malik Bentalha played. The latter especially emphasizes the multiple positions of the actor-director in most of his projects. He also points to the representation of the suburbs in French cinema.

As if that wasn’t enough, Bentalha recently uploaded a second video on the topic of cinema, titled “Talion’s Law”, this time attacking “social cinema” and protesting:

What types of films will he be reviewing in the coming days? One thing is certain: a few days before Cesare, which will be presented on the stage of the Olympia in Paris on February 23 and will be broadcast live and unencrypted on Canal+ and streamed on Dailymotion channel Canal+, his videos have reached the mark.

As for Frank Gastambide, he returns in front of the camera in 2024 in the action film The Wages of Fear, available March 29 on Netflix:
