The municipal road guard and the military brigade collected a motorcycle with a fine of R$ 318 thousand as part of Operation Safe Party


The operation carried out at Passo Fundo involves approaches, fines and recalls of vehicles with a significant amount of accumulated fines.

The Municipal Road Guard, with the support of the Military Brigade and the Tactical Force, successfully conducted another Balada Segura operation on the night of Wednesday 21st in Passo Fundo.




During the approaches on Avenida Brasil Leste, at the intersection with Rua Dr. Bozano, 91 vehicles were inspected, 114 people identified, 06 driving licenses preventively withdrawn and 01 CRLV confiscated for irregularities. Furthermore, 04 drivers were fined for refusing to take a breathalyzer test, while another 02 were fined for drunkenness, showing rates of 0.13 mg/l and 0.19 mg/l.

Following the operation, a total of 24 infringement notices were issued. Too bad for the motorbike, registered in Erechim (RS), which was stopped and taken to the tow truck for having accumulated more than 318 thousand reals in fines.
