Hitting theaters eight years ago (!!), Marvel’s superhero feature Deadpool, starring Ryan Reynolds, stood out for its crass sense of humor and irreverence. Full of irony and self-deprecation, the work achieved massive public success with a worldwide gross of over $780 million.

Frank Balson’s original intention was to change everything once the actual names were in place, but the film crew eventually decided that the first version was much more awesome and should be kept. It’s hard to resist him!
