The NCIS series is one of the television programs that has attracted the most audiences in the history of American TV for over two decades and, therefore, has a total of 21 seasons. What is the plot of NCIS?
The acronym NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service and brings together a team of investigators who must solve any crime whose participants have (or have had) a naval rank. The investigations aim to achieve impartiality, therefore the agents do not distinguish the position held by the suspects: everyone is guilty until proven innocent.
This team is led by Senior Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and includes members whose specialties range from coroner, to forensic investigators, to behavioral analyst, and more. In the cast you can still find names like Sasha Alexander, Michael Weatherly, Pauley Perrette, David McCallum, Sean Murray, Cote de Pablo, Lauren Holly and many others.
Where to watch NCIS?
For those who want to follow the series from the beginning, we recommend subscribing to the Apple TV streaming service. This is because, unlike the competition, Apple’s catalog shows the first 17 seasons at the same time.
Once you’ve completed all of them, you can sign up for Paramount+ streaming and use a VPN app to change your geographic location to the United States. So all 21 seasons will be available.
