New product should end the trilogy created by Ti West (Scream: The TV Series) revealing the fate of the only survivor of X – The Mark of Death

MaXXXineawaited sequence of X – The Mark of Death (2022) and Pearl (2022), which should end the trilogy created by Ti West (Scream: The TV Series) and starring Mia Goth (Infinity Pool), got a release date in North American theaters.

According to information from the deadlinethe production, which shows what happened to Maxine (Gothic), sole survivor of the massacre shown in X – The Mark of Death, premieres in the United States on July 5th, in the middle of the country’s Independence Day holiday. For now, there is still no confirmed release date in Brazil.

X – The Mark of Death It’s a horror slasher and tells the story of a group of young filmmakers, who travel to shoot an adult film in rural Texas, United States, in 1979. However, when their elderly hosts catch them in the act, they must fight for their lives.

Released in 2022, the film also received a prequel in the same year, Pearlalso starring Gothicbut like the younger version of the old one presented in X. The film follows the protagonist committing several murders in an attempt to fulfill her dream of becoming a successful actress and getting rid of her problematic family.

In addition to Mia Goththe cast of MaXXXine still counts Kevin Bacon (The World After Us), Lily Collins (Emily in Paris), Elizabeth Debicki (The Crown), Michelle Monaghan (Family Plan), Bobby Cannavale (Welcome to the Neighborhood), Giancarlo Esposito (Kaleidoscope) and the singers Halsey It is Moses Sumney.
