Is Bernier ready to use Elliott again?

As Eva prepares to leave to meet with Bernier, Muriel looks worried, knowing full well that it will take a miracle to change the prosecutor’s mind about Eliot. Eva believes that you should never give up until you try. Manu’s arrival in the kitchen puts an end to their discussion. Eve deceives her partner into thinking that she is leaving school early this morning because of a study meeting.

In the courtroom, Cécile informs Bernier that he has denied Becker’s request for one of Definode’s paintings. Judge Alpandi then asks the prosecutor if he intends to open a preliminary investigation into Fertilizer Plus. Surprised, Bernier replies that he has not had time to discuss the matter because he is busy. Cecil reminds him that if he finishes the case, he will be forced to open a judicial inquiry. Bernier then asks for 48 hours of reflection. The judge grants it.

Eva finds Bernier in court. She informs him that Elliot is ready to cooperate with her and will do anything to serve her. Bernier is sarcastic, reminding him that the last time his son should have gone out of his way to help him, he took the opportunity to escape. Eve insists and asks the prosecutor to admit that Elliott was often efficient. But Bernier, who understands that Eliot must be in real trouble, is irreconcilable. He suggests that Elliot accept the consequences of his actions and turn himself in to justice. Eve is disappointed.

At the police station, Manu is still in trouble. So she finally confides in Alex, trying to convince him she’s talking about a friend. But Alex figures out pretty easily that Elliott is back in Montpellier and that Eva refuses to talk to Manu about it.

Bernier tells Patrice Bienvenu, head of Engrais Plus, that Judge Alfandi is pressuring him. If he does not reopen the case, he will initiate a judicial inquiry himself. Patrice does not calm down. He makes it clear to Bernier: if he has problems, they will both have problems.

The Engrais Plus boss actually reminds his friend Bernier that he really doesn’t want the police to find out how he financed his house. Bernier replies that he knows what he owes her for the house and doesn’t need to remind her. He then asks Patrice to trust him. But he replies that he trusts him when he outruns the police. He also advises to come up with a brilliant idea quickly.

Eva calls Elliot and tells him that Bernier won’t change his mind. Then Elliot realizes that he has no choice: he must surrender. At the same time, Eva receives a double call from Bernier, suggesting that her son call her later.

Bernier apologizes to Eva. He blames himself for being in such a hurry this morning. He admits that he’s given it some thought and tells Eve that he’s willing to give Elliott a second chance.

Flor makes a startling discovery about Louis

Bilal is surprised to see that Flor spent two nights in a row at the rooming house, while Louis was left alone in the workshop. Flor explains to her friend that she sees her workshop as a place of creativity and that she sometimes smothers herself with Louis. He adds that he finds her a bit immature for her age.

Florent is getting ready to leave the house and offers Kira a ride to school. But the teenager refuses to go to class. Florent doesn’t like the idea of missing two days of classes in a row, but finally lets go when Kira tells him that she doesn’t have the courage to face Luis. He specifies that he has no tests this week and that Tais will bring the lessons. Claire then suggests we give it a weekend and then talk about the situation again.

At school, Tice confronts Louis and asks how he could be so mean to Kira. He tries to understand that his best friend is suffering because of him. He then criticizes Louis for destroying a months-long relationship in thirty seconds and for lacking courage. Louis tries to explain, but to no avail.

Later, in a conversation with Robin, the young man admitted that Tais was right. He then confides in his new relationship and confesses to his best friend that he’s never had feelings for anyone like that and is crazy about the woman he’s seeing. Robin tries to find out who it is, but Louis doesn’t want to reveal his identity. He simply reveals to his friend that his new conquest is 35 years old and that he met her at a bar. Robin is very surprised. Not far from there, Tiago will not miss this conversation.

Louis then goes to get some things from his house and runs into his mother trying to figure out where he’s going. Louis replies that he’s done with Kira, that she met someone else, and is going to spend the night at his house. Leonor wants to know where the woman her son is dating lives, but Louis is annoyed and asks her to stop lying to him.

Leonor tells Mark what happened and confides in him that Louis found her quite cold. It seems strange to him that there are so many secrets surrounding this girl. Mark admits it’s strange, but makes a point: they shouldn’t put pressure on Lewis to avoid risking a communication breakdown between them. But for Leonor, communication with Louis was cut off for a while.

Louis joins Flora in the workshop and kisses her. After making love, Flor takes advantage of the fact that the young man is in the shower to tidy up the room a bit. Out of curiosity, he looks in his bag and comes across the last year’s book. Did he just realize that Louis had been lying to him about his age?
