Actress Megan Fox, actor Sylvester Stallone and the film Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey were the highlights of the 2024 Golden Raspberry Awards, traditionally announced on the eve of the Oscars. Apart from these, actor Jon Voight and Fran Drescher won awards at the 44th edition of the infamous event.
The Golden Raspberry is a United States humorous film award, conceived as a parody of the Oscars by Hollywood publicist John Wilson in 1980. The goal of the event is to reward the worst films, actors and other cinematic attributes presented throughout the year .
Razzie 2024 ‘Winners’
As for the artists, Megan Fox was recognized as the worst leading actress Johnny and Clydeand supported by Consumables 4. The film got the same “award” for Stallone. Jon Voight “won” in the worst leading actor category for his performance in Mercy: coup de grace. And the event honored Fran Drescher with the “redeemer” award for his leadership during the 2023 strike.
Already Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey dominated in production-focused categories. That’s because the film received four disgraces: worst picture, director, screenplay, on-screen duo, and remake/imitation/sequel.
