Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Wednesday March 13, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Wednesday March 13 at Un Si Grand Soleil…

Elizabeth makes a discovery

Elizabeth and Francois returned to Marseille after a trip to Luxembourg. They seem happy with their stay, the project is going well. Once in her taxi Elizabeth calls Boris. He noticed that the young man called him, but there was no time left to listen to his messages.

Boris tells him that they have formed a partnership with the Occitanie Economic Development Agency. Elizabeth congratulates him. Boris then tells her that he will have to go to Shanghai in the next few weeks and that his presence would be welcome. Embarrassed, Elizabeth suggests they talk about it later. Boris is disappointed.

In the afternoon, Elizabeth has lunch with Catherine Laumier at La Paillote. The two friends have not seen each other for a long time. Elizabeth confides in him that she is working too hard at the moment.

Ekaterine considers herself lucky because she has nothing more to do. François took her into the closet. Officially, she is still Laumière Santé’s director of communications, but her soon-to-be ex-husband has arranged for decisions to no longer rest with her.

Catherine makes Francois pay for all this during the divorce. Worried, Elizabeth makes sure that Catherine and Francoise’s relationship will not affect the company. Catherine reassures her friend and tells her that business is going great.

In the afternoon, Elizabeth calls Francois. He is very surprised that his soon-to-be ex-wife is not informed about their project. Elizabeth then asks Francois if Catherine would mind.

The latter reminds him that Catherine only owns 20% of the shares, which is not a blocking minority. He doesn’t care about his wife’s opinion. He adds that it’s time for Elizabeth to trust him, given the business they’re going into together. Boris, who heard the end of the conversation, questions his father about these plans, but Francois refuses to give details.

In turn, Laurent Berthier learns that he will be able to sign the divorce papers online. Finally he feels free. He throws a party that evening to celebrate. He’s going to use dating apps to find love.

Bernier attacks Muriel

Eliot is visited by Mark Mowry at the farm. He introduces himself to her and informs her that he has a meeting with Elodi. The latter unfortunately had to be absent, but should be back very soon. Mark decides to wait for her.

A few minutes later, Elliot returns to her to tell her that he has read her papers on Fertilizer Plus. He tries to deftly cross-examine a reporter to find out if Dr. Cresson is a member of an environmental group or had a conflict with Fertilizer Plus before denouncing the dangers of pesticides.

However, their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of Elodi and Ludo. The latter explained to Mark that they are not going to take any action. They will let the police do their job. After that they will notify.

Eliot calls Prosecutor Bernier to let him know that he didn’t find any suspicious items. He believes that William and Elodie have no support and they acted because pesticides are the cause of William’s cancer.

Bernier gets angry and asks him to find the evidence, even if it means falsifying it. Elliot doesn’t believe it: he’s a prosecutor and asks to falsify evidence. Bernier leaves him no choice. Elliott then reminds him that he still doesn’t have written confirmation of their agreement. Bernier confirms that he will have it, but Eliot refuses to act until he writes the proof.

A little later, Prosecutor Bernier approaches Muriel in the park. He informs that Elliot works for him. Muriel then asks him what he wants. He realizes that he is not satisfied with Elliot’s service. Bernier insists that he wants Elliott to invest in his mission or he won’t be able to enjoy the first years of his son’s life. Muriel is concerned.

When he returns to Eva, he tells her everything the prosecutor told him. Eva tries to calm him down, but Muriel finds Bernier too threatening. He suddenly experiences a strong contraction. Manu takes her to his room.

The policeman is convinced that this contraction is caused by stress. The stress caused by Elliot’s presence. Eve continues to deny. Manu then replies that he understands that she wants to protect her son, but she can trust him.

Eva finally confides in him that Eliot is in France and that he is in full infiltration on behalf of Bernier. Manu tries to find out more as he finds the situation very suspicious. An informant never works under the authority of a prosecutor. But he can’t say anything more to Eva. He does not know what this mission is.

In turn, Bernier tells his friend Patrice Bienvenue that he arranged everything. His whistleblower will act in less than a week and the environmentalists who attacked him will be discredited.
