Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Friday 15 March 2024 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil airing tomorrow night on France 2! If you don’t want to know anything, don’t read the following!

Friday March 15th at Un si grand soleil…

Manu suspects Bernier

In the morning, Eliot visits José, the receptionist, and gives him an envelope containing 5,000 euros in cash to get 5 kilos of dynamite and detonators immediately.

At the farm, Elodi is taking care of her father, who is not feeling well. Elisha, who spent the night there, assures his companion that his father will recover. Although he cannot say more, the police official promises that the investigation is ongoing and even tells him with confidence that the team working on the investigation is not going to give up on the case. Therefore, he encourages him to hope.

Later, Eva calls Elliot and asks if he is in contact with the police as part of her infiltration. Indeed, the French teacher explains to him that Manu finds it strange that Prosecutor Bernier manages his infiltration without contacting the police. He also thinks he should take care of himself. Unfortunately, Eliot is far more suspicious of his mother’s companion than he is of the prosecutor. So he then begs his mother to stop calling him before he hangs up.

Not far from there, Hugo Manu reports the results of an analysis of old cans of Engrais Plus brand herbicide. Not surprisingly, the composition is not the same as what is currently used on the market, according to the testimony of Chanteux, the company’s former chemist. In other words, Fertilizer Plus has lied and is guilty of labeling fraud, misrepresentation, environmental damage and poisoning. It is enough for the police to start a judicial investigation.

Back at the farm, Elliot returns to work and Ludo takes the opportunity to tell him that he may have been too quick to judge. Having heard so many good things about him, Ludo hopes not to disappoint him. He then reminds her that William and Elodie are good people and asks her not to mess with them. Eliot gives him the floor.

At the police station, Manu and Commissioner Becker show Prosecutor Bernier the results of the analysis. Obviously, Bernier considers the evidence inadmissible and refuses to open an investigation. He also lets them know that if they don’t provide more compelling evidence quickly, he will be forced to close the case.

Back home, Manu tells Eva that he thought he cornered the Fertilizer Plus managers, but Prosecutor Bernier doesn’t want to open an investigation. And suffice it to say, the cop has serious doubts about the prosecutor. Indeed, he thinks Elliott’s intrusion is related to the Fertilizer Plus case. If so, Elliott is in quite the mess.

Louis tries to get Kira to go back to high school

After breaking up with Louis, Kira was unhappy. Since he still refuses to go to high school, Claire and Florent set up a meeting with CPE for the afternoon to explain the situation and see what they can do.

On the other hand, Thais, Robin and Maeva are very worried about their friend. The teenagers decide to leave her for a few days while they plan to help her. A discussion that Louis did not miss.

Meanwhile, Enzo suggests that Kira go for a walk to clear her mind. Only, the young woman wants nothing more than to be curled up in bed. While Enzo tries to make him realize that this is not an option, Kira explains that he can’t do it. Immediately, Claire and Florent arrive at the high school and meet CPE. Sabine joins them and tells Louis about her proposal to help get Kira back in the classroom. Believing this to be a good solution, Claire and Florent return home and share the proposal with their daughter. However, if she agrees to try it, Kira makes no guarantees that it will work.

At the end of the day, Elizabeth calls Claire. The latter’s opportunity to inform him about the problems that his daughter is currently facing. As the nurse does not go into details, the businessman waits for Allen to arrive at the house to question him about the matter. The latter confirms to him that Flor had an affair with Kira’s boyfriend. It is enough to provoke another argument in the couple.
