Following the success of Bad Boys For Life and its $426 million global gross in 2020, Episode 4 has been announced by Will Smith and Martin Lawrence for February 2023! A year later, fans can start to rave!
The first explosive trailer was released on March 26, with the official title: Ride or Die… and the revealed images are reminiscent of the Fast and Furious saga!
Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett’s Miami Superstars return to theaters on June 5, 2024! After the first two episodes directed by Michael Bay, Belgian filmmakers Adil El Arbi and Bilal Fallah took over Bad Boys For Life.
The two men then returned behind the camera for this 4th installment, a chance to bounce back after the cancellation of their Batgirl movie. Note that Chris Bremner is also returning to write the screenplay.
Obviously, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are returning as super cops Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett. They will be supported by Part 3 newcomers Vanessa Hudgens and Alexander Ludwig as Kelly and Dorn.
Newcomers will also strengthen the cast of this 4th installment: Rhea Seehorn, the heroine of Better Call Saul, will be there. He will be accompanied by Eric Dane, best known for playing Dr. Mark Sloan on Grey’s Anatomy.
Ioan Gruffudd, the hero of the Dr. Harrow series, will also be involved in the world of bad guys. As for Paola Nunez, she will reprise her role as Captain Rita Secada. Bad Boys 4 hits theaters on June 5, 2024. In total, the trilogy grossed $841 million worldwide.
