Learn how to create a Google Account to access company services, such as Gmail and Drive, and use it to automatically log in to accounts and applications

You can create an account at Google to use the benefits of the company’s services, such as Gmail, Drive and Youtubeand get a personalized Chrome browsing experience.



Google account can also be used to perform the operation Login in various third-party products and applications, both on your computer and mobile phone.

How to create a Google account

To create a Google account you need to access the online login page:

  1. Access account.google.com;
  2. Click on “Create an account”;
  3. Enter your personal data and click on “Next”;
  4. Choose or create a Gmail address*;
  5. Set a password for the account;
  6. Enter a mobile number;
  7. Enter the code sent via SMS;
  8. Add a recovery email;
  9. Accept the terms of service and privacy;
  10. Click “Create Account” to complete.

*You do not need to have or create a Gmail address (username) for your Google Account. You can choose an existing email address, even from other providers, to associate with the new account.

How to use your Google account

After creating a Google account, you will be taken to the main profile management screen. On this page you can find and change the following settings:

  • Personal information;
  • Data and privacy;
  • Safety;
  • People and sharing;
  • Payments and subscriptions.

Within these options you can control login access to Google services or third-party solutions, manage contacts, monitor data storage in your account, and analyze purchases and subscriptions made through your profile.

If you wish to delete your account, you can go to “Data and Privacy” and choose the option “Delete your Google account“.
