After appearing on screen in Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon, for which she received a historic Golden Globe, Lily Gladstone returns to a brand new project. The actress actually stars in the series alongside Riley Keough, who can be seen in Daisy Jones & The Six and The Devil, All Time.

The two actresses are under the bridge of fiction, based on the successful 2005 book of the same name by Canadian author Rebecca Godfrey. – of the year who was killed while going to join friends at a party in the 1990s.

Between True Detective and Lake Top
Hulu has released a tantalizing trailer for the series, and we can say that these first images are very promising. This gripping thriller with a sticky and mysterious atmosphere is sure to appeal to fans of the genre and the public who loved True Detective season 4 or the feature film Lake Top.
They under the bridge Reese Witherspoon was originally slated to adapt through her company Type A Productions, but the project never materialized. Ultimately, ABC Signature and Hulu produced the series, written by Quinn Shephard, along with Riley Keough, who also executive produced, and writer Rebecca Godfrey, who died in 2022.
Note that Rebecca Godfrey wrote a sequel to her book in 2017, which notably included new elements about the case, but also told about the lives of convicted murderers and young girls who participated in this brutal murder.
The eight-episode Under the Bridge series also includes Archie Panjabi (The Good Wife), Michael Bui (Grey’s Anatomy), Javon Walton (Euphoria) and Ezra Farooq Khan (The Big).
It will begin airing on Hulu in the United States on April 17. No broadcast in France yet, but the Hulu/Disney+ partnership suggests the series will be available on Disney+ in France.
