Galaxy M55 5G has entered the pre-registration phase in Brazil, with a discount of R$700 for those who register in advance
A SAMSUNG announces the opening of the pre-registration phase for the purchase of M55 Galaxy 5G, a mobile phone that will soon be launched in Brazil to make up the mid-range. Registration can be done via the brand’s official website, with discounts guaranteed on subsequent purchases of the device.

Just like what happened during the pre-registration of the Galaxy A55the discount offered to those who register for the Galaxy M55 will be R $ 700. To do this it will be necessary to make an advance payment of R $ 199.
Anyone who later changes their mind about purchasing the Galaxy M55 will still be able to use the R$199 discount for any product offered by the Samsung online store, within a maximum period of one year from pre-registering the purchase.
Registration can be carried out via Samsung’s official portals, between today (27) and 14 April this year.
Galaxy M55 5G: what to expect
For now, Samsung has not yet confirmed the technical characteristics of the Galaxy M55. Some details however from its technical data sheet have already appeared in the rumors and performance tests.
Through a recording on the Geekbench platform, it was possible to discover that the device will have the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 platform as its main performance component. The component was announced in 2022 and showed satisfactory performance when used on Xiaomi 13 Lite tested by FreeGameGuide.
Other features planned for the Galaxy M55 include:
- At least a version with 12 GB of RAM
- Variants with 128 or 256 GB of internal memory expandable up to 1 TB with micro SD card
- 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), 8MP ultrawide (against the 12 MP of the A55) and 2 MP macro
- 50MP front camera (compared to 32MP on the A55)
- 5,000 mAh battery, lower capacity compared to the 6,000 mAh of the Galaxy M54
- Support for 45W charging, just like the Galaxy S24 Ultra
- Android 14 operating system, with One UI 6 interface and four years of updates
- 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support
- Green or black color options
According to information released on the Galaxy M55 pre-registration+ page, the device will go on sale in Brazil this Wednesday (27th), allowing you to use the R$700 discount until April 14th. Pre-registration+ can be purchased until April 7th.
In addition to the intermediate mobile phone, Samsung will also launch the Galaxy Book 4 line of notebooks and tablets in the next few days GalaxyTab S6 Lite (2024) in Brazil, with both also offer discounts with the purchase of Pre-Registration+.
