War is declared between Francis and Catherine

Allen and Elizabeth spent the night in the palace. Allen even took advantage of his morning at the hotel’s swimming pool. So, luckily, he meets Elizabeth for breakfast. Since it’s been a long time since the two of them had a good time, Elisabeth offers to stay two extra days. Although he really wants to, the doctor unfortunately has to work. Elizabeth then suggests that they go away for the weekend once the merger is over.

In turn, Boris confronts his father about the business plan for the merger and tries to figure out if what he plans for the future of the L. Cosmétiques employees is true. A very irritated Francois points out that this is only a working plan. According to him, in case of merger and acquisition, they are obliged to consider all possible restructuring scenarios. While Boris tries to understand why she didn’t tell him about it, François shouts that it was an oversight. So he asks her to go play with her younger colleagues and leave it to the adults.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth and Allen leave the hotel. Then the businessman turns on the phone and finds a message from Francois. Unexpectedly, the latter joined Claudine and François at the firm BGL. And suffice it to say, Elisabeth fears that leaking the business plan will cause a wave of discontent among her staff, much less that she’ll have a strike on her hands next week. To calm the situation before it escalates, François L. Cosmétiques employees offer to talk.

Back at L. Cosmétiques, Enrique questions Elisabeth about the business plan. The latter claims that there will be no dismissal until he specifies that Francois will come tomorrow and answer all their questions.

As night falls, Catherine leaves Laumière Sante, where Francois is waiting for her. The latter actually came to warn him that he would not give anything for a divorce. So Catherine reminds him that he humiliated and lied to her before threatening to pay. Then he swears that he will lose everything he has worked hard to build.

Eliot and Muriel reconciled

Eve is worried. It must be said that it had been three days since Charles had spoken to Muriel and she had not heard from him since. When Manu thinks the young woman needs some time, Eva reminds him that Thomas is her grandson. However, for Manu, it doesn’t concern him as long as he forbids him from calling so that he doesn’t rob him.

Meanwhile, Muriel meets Elliot in the guest room and informs him that she has found an apartment in the city that she plans to move into. Still angry with him, the young woman accuses him of destroying all her trust in him. Muriel, on the other hand, understood that everything she did was out of love for her and Thomas. Elliot then vows never to make a decision for their family again without consulting them. If she agrees to give him a second chance, Muriel specifies, however, it will be the last. Afterwards, Elliott confides in her that he hopes his sentence won’t be too long so that the three of them can finally live together. After hearing about her son, Eliot asks Muriel to bring Thomas to her the next time he comes to see her. Only, Muriel doesn’t know if their son wants to see his father in prison. Elliot insists that she won’t understand, then asks her to say yes.

At the police station, Commissioner Becker informs Manu that Prosecutor Picard is being considered as Bernier’s replacement. Good news for the police, who consider Prosecutor Picard to be intelligent, impartial and good at interrogation.

Later, Eliot and Florentine go to court to meet with the Liberty judge. At the end of the meeting, Florent calls Eva and informs her that everything was fine. If he behaves well in prison, Elliott will be eligible for a reduced sentence after four months in prison. Thus, he will be able to go out during the day and return to the prison in the evening to sleep. A relieved Eva thanks him.

At the end of the day, Eva and Manu visit Muriel and Thomas. Happy to see them, Eva thanks him before giving her grandson a big smile. Over dinner, Eva asks Muriel what made her stay in Montpellier. The young woman then explains that she had a discussion with Charles that allowed her to understand why Elliot acted the way he did. Besides, Muriel appreciated that her mother-in-law didn’t insist on seeing Thomas when she was gone. Eva and Manu then assure Muriel that they will always be there for her no matter what.
