Anonymous Brigade on M6: Will there be a Season 2 for the series with Eric Cantona?

Tonight, M6 airs the final two episodes of Brigade Anonyme, a series hosted by Eric Cantona, Arie Elmaleh, Helen Noguera and Marilyn Lima.

Castaneda, the character played by Eric Cantona in this new fiction, has not always been on the good side of life. A father with a big heart, the latter raises his daughter Alia alone and does everything to give her the best, even if it means taking odd jobs and consistently failing.

But one evening Alia does not come home. For Castaneda, the real race begins against time. Because the police are understaffed, this ex-outlaw will break the rules and investigate in his own way to find his daughter.

Accompanied by his friend and many anonymous people like him, without privileges or degrees, this father travels to the region in search of the kidnapper. What if this team of resourceful people was ultimately better placed than the police to find Aaliyah?

As the first season of The Anonymous Brigade ends tonight on the M6, can we hope that a second season will soon see the light of day on our screens?

The second season is already being written

According to our information, the 2nd season of Anonymous Brigade is already being written.

“We are currently writing Season 2. This is a very important step for us, as Castaneda is our first recurring hero on M6“, the authors of the series confided at the press conference.

And this new burst of episodes will explore each character’s past.

“We will delve deeper into each character in Season 2 because four episodes was a bit short“, the production team explained before continuing, “Each episode in Season 2 will develop a character, their story and why they do what they do“.

It must be said that many things sown in the season will be studied in the next season. This is especially true of “Casta’s relationship with Florence, but also the budding relationship between Nas and Charlie. We will explore the past of our characters. And then, obviously, we’re going to go deep into the business to keep the audience hooked“.

But even if the 2nd season of the anonymous brigade is already being written, this does not mean that it will be confirmed by M6. In fact, the channel will wait for the audience results from two broadcast evenings to make a decision.
