O Sesc Festival Best Films announced this Wednesday, 3, in a ceremony presented by Fabricio Boliveira, the winners of 2023. The event awards national and international films, with votes from the public and specialized critics. All winning titles will have at least one screening during the Best, at CineSesc, with tickets for R$ 10.00. Check out the list:

Tickets
O Best continues until April 24, offering a hybrid program with national and foreign films that were highlights in 2023, as well as meetings and activities with cinema directors and thinkers. Tickets for the festival sessions have a single price of R$10.00. The Historic Strip, CineClubinho and Special Sessions screenings, with presentation and debates, will be free, with tickets collected 1 hour before at the CineSesc box office.
About the festival
Created in 1974, the Sesc Festival Best Films is the first film festival in São Paulo. It offers the public the opportunity to see or review what was most significant on the city’s screens. In its 50 years of existence, the festival has screened hundreds of Brazilian and foreign feature films. In 2010, it innovated by being the first event of its kind to make its programming available with accessibility resources, such as audio description, Libras and descriptive subtitling, to ensure the breadth of Sesc’s action in serving different audiences.
