You can duplicate pages in Word with the text editor’s “copy and paste” function. To perform the operation you must manually select the content by dragging the mouse cursor and duplicating the section in another part of the document.

Word features “Copy” and “Paste” functions within the “Edit” tab in the top menu and via icons in the toolbar. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + C (Copy) and Ctrl + V (Paste) to duplicate content.
How to duplicate a page in Word
The action of copying and pasting parts of a text can be performed in any version of Word, both for computers and mobile phones.
- Open Word;
- Place the cursor at the beginning of the page you want to copy;
- Click and drag the cursor to the bottom of the page;
- Press Ctrl + C or click the “Copy” button;
- Place the cursor where you want to duplicate the content;
- Press Ctrl + V or click the “Paste” button.

The contents of the selected page will be duplicated in the new document location. You can also paste the text into a new file or other applications.
It’s worth mentioning that on Mac computers, instead of using Ctrl, use the Command key.
How to Select All in Word
Word doesn’t have a shortcut for selecting and duplicating a page in a file, but if your document is only one page long, you can use the “Select All” feature before copying the contents.
To select the entire body of text in a document, click Edit > Select All or press Ctrl+A on your keyboard (or Command+A on a Mac computer).
