It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Wednesday 10th April 2024 Episode 901 [SPOILERS]

Hortense has consciousness

After upsetting Mehdi by kissing Anthony in Institute Park the day before, Hortense tries to be more careful. He arranges to meet Anthony in the swamp and explain his reasons to him. Anthony claims he didn’t know Mehdi was going to see them. Hortense forgives him, but prefers not to hurt her husband more than necessary. Anthony agrees to her terms and then kisses her.

At the institute, Hortense finds Clotilda and Jeremy in the park. She tells the chef that she can taste the wedding cake offering in the afternoon. As soon as Jeremy leaves, Hortense stops by with her colleague and notices his upset expression. Clotilda admits that she does not at all approve of her son’s relationship with a woman twice her age who already has a child.

In turn, Mehdi will present his master’s project to Chef Mayer’s atelier. It makes him taste the sweets of his childhood. The chef is excited about his concept. He congratulates him because everything is well done and he is sure that his project has a market. Mehdi is delighted.

Upon hearing the news, Hortense goes to the atelier to congratulate Mehdi. The latter claims that it was good for him to think only about himself and find inspiration in work. Indeed, he realizes that he signed up for the master’s degree only to stay at the institute with Hortense, not because he had a real project to defend. He adds that he put a lot of pressure on himself to feel worthy of his wife being promoted to professor. This trust excites the young woman.

At Double A, Clotilda and Jeremy are having dinner with Jeremy and Sabine. They tell them about their meeting in Australia 6 months ago and call it love at first sight. If Joachim is interested in their relationship, Clotilda never stops putting her foot in the pot. He especially emphasizes their age difference. Sabin admits it made them question it at first before they realized it wasn’t a problem. Jeremy says he is very happy. But Clotilda can’t help but make disparaging remarks that end up hurting her son.

On his way out of the training restaurant, Jeremy runs into Hortense. He tells her that the lunch went badly. He is angry with his mother, whom he calls a hypocrite considering that there is also an age difference in the relationship with Joachim. He states that it is not up to his mother to choose the right person for him. This reflection suddenly resonates with Hortense.

Jeremy goes to Clotilda and Joachim to ask their mother to apologize to Sabine for her unpleasant behavior. Clotilda replies that she doesn’t want to let him ruin her life. Jeremy then decides not to come to the wedding. Clotilda is stunned.

In turn, Hortense finds Anthony at a downtown cafe. The latter offers a fresh start by coming to live with him in Bordeaux. He believes that the position of teacher does not match his talent and suggests that he should work in a restaurant there or open his own. Hearing that he uttered the same speech as her dead father, Hortense realizes her mistake. She thanks Anthony for the support he showed her during this ordeal, but decides to leave him because she doesn’t need someone to make decisions for her…

Anais discovers that Mateo is in a relationship

At the Institute, Matteo apologizes to Jude for their argument the day before. The latter criticizes him for not paying attention to the feelings of others, in this case the feelings of Anais, who risks falling from a height when he rejects her. Mateo undertakes to clear things up with her, and then assures her that she doesn’t want to be separated from Judy. Reconciled, the two boys go to the studio together to eat.

While Jude leaves to go to the commissar, Anais goes to the studio and runs into Mateo. He agrees to help her with his recipe. Anais gives him her opinion as she walks into it. Mateo tries to make him realize that he is not interested in the fact that he already has a girlfriend. Anais gets the message and stops flirting with him.

Later, Anais calls Jude Park to tell him that Mateo rejected his advances and told him the truth. This leads to confusion. Jude believes that her boyfriend revealed that they were a couple. When Anais realizes this, she is very happy for them. But Jude makes her promise not to repeat anything to anyone – including Mateo himself.

Credit comes from denial

At CDI, Solal complains to Lionel about what Gaetan told him the other day. In fact, she feels in great shape and doesn’t think she has an eating disorder. At the same time, Lionel receives a message from Jasmine, who invites them to join Jim for lunch at a neighbor’s house. Solal hesitates. Lionel manages to convince her by reminding her that Jasmine cooks vegan.

At the roommate, Lionel and Solal discover that Jasmine and Jim have made pizza. Solal completely blocks, he can’t even take a piece. Lionel eats his share so as not to upset Jasmine. But he makes Solal realize that he has a real problem.

Back at the institute, Solal goes to see Gaetan to confess the food problem. Gaitan admits that he was interested in this issue: he thinks that the young man suffers from orthorexia, that is, he is obsessed with healthy food. Solal is ready to take it seriously to overcome it. Gaitan agrees to help him.
