Anais and Mayer’s collaboration is coming to an end

At the Institute, Salome is dreading her interview with a journalist from a major online cooking magazine, and Anais is a little stressed at the idea of ​​pitching the menu to Chef Meyer. Teissier, who overheard their conversation, arrives to tell Anais that he respects her decision and that he wishes her well. As the director leaves, Salome suggests that her best friend is relieved to receive her blessing. However, Anais admits that she feels sad that she will have to finish a lot if her collaboration with Mayer is ever to work.

In the atelier, Anais is working on her dish around the celery root she is going to offer Meyer. She asks Leroy to taste it to get his point. The latter congratulates him because his dish has real personality and character. At the same time, David arrives to surprise his friend. In fact, he has completed detoxification treatment, even if he still has treatment and follow-up. Anais is excited to see him again.

Meanwhile, Tessier has a meeting with Olivia and Claire. The latter takes the opportunity to once again touch on the issue of his son, who can still benefit from temporary release through the trial, provided he finds work. Claire suggests that Tessier find a place in the double-A brigade, but the headmaster flatly refuses to let Louis set foot in the institute again, especially since the board of education has already voted in favor.

Later, Anais presents her meal to Chef Meyer, along with a persimmon dessert. After tasting them, he declared that they were too soft. The menu does not meet expectations. If Anais suggests reworking the plates based on her feedback, Chef Mayer prefers to end their collaboration altogether. Anais falls from a height.

He goes to the kitchen, where Salome is photographed by a journalist in mid-service. The latter is full of praise for the concept of a restaurant tailored to a young woman. As soon as the journalist leaves, Salome asks about Anais’s condition, who is obliged to admit that Chef Mayer has terminated their cooperation. Salome suggests her best friend stay out of things, but Anais expresses her need to be alone.

Teissier joins Anais in the park. He notes that the exact same thing happened between Chef Mayer and his previous employees. Anais is completely confused as she believes Mayer could give her an opportunity to improve the menu. Teissier encourages him to focus on his strengths. Anais replies that she’s not sure she wants to run Double A anymore. He realized that he needed to challenge himself with professionals, not students.

Teissier then takes Anais to the Beaupre Estate: the future property of the Institute, which Teissier plans to convert into a teaching hotel. On the first floor, there will be a very high gastronomy restaurant Auguste Armand, for which he offers the position of chef to Anais. He can’t believe his trust. However, Teissier asks him to keep the project a secret for now.

Later, Teissier joins Mayer at a cafe downtown. The chef agreed to give up Anais’s menu, which he found very good, in exchange for Teyssier’s dessert offer. He also has to recommend an excellent chef for his restaurant in Bordeaux. The director of the institute did all this to keep Anais close to him. Mayer emphasizes that it is in his best interest that the young woman never learns of their arrangement…

Vickie and Enzo hold back

After spending a late Valentine’s Day weekend, Hortense and Mehdi return to the Institute, more in love than ever. They overcome several challenges, from the death of Hortense’s father to her flirtation with her first love Anthony, and manage to find each other. Divorce is no longer an issue.

In second year class, Hortense asks them to make an aphrodisiac plate. By interrupting Tom during the topic phase, Bill loses his mind. This is not the case for Vic, who prepares a plate of Thai prawns with ginger and spices. After tasting it, Hortense is literally transported into ecstasy. She gives her sister a score of 18/20.

At boarding school, Vicky finds Enzo in his room to try his aphrodisiac recipe while blindfolded. He then tells her about the grade he got thanks to his plate. Enzo is seduced by his girlfriend’s charm and talent. Gradually the couple gets closer…

Later, Vicky proudly announces to Hortense that she has finally fallen in love with Enzo. His big sister is happy for him. Vicki admits that her aphrodisiac recipe has nothing to do with it.

Joachim takes care of Elias

While Clotilda and Joachim are looking at their wedding photos, Jeremy interrupts them and asks his mother to watch Elias for the day.
