Attention RBD fans! The series RBD: La Familiabased on the novel Rebel will be made available in full in Brazil. Originally released in 2007, it follows a fictional version of the lives of the Mexican band members.
In total there are 13 episodes that will be made available to the Brazilian public by Globoplay. The series has only one season and will reach the Brazilian catalog by the end of the year (the exact date has not yet been revealed).
In the spin-off the public will be able to follow the routines of the band members. Annie (Anahí), Dul (Dulce María), May (Maite Perroni), Poncho (Alfonso Herrera), Chris (Christian Chávez) and Ucker (Christopher von Uckermann) star in fun and romantic scenes throughout RBD: La Familia.
Created by Pedro Damián and produced by Televisa, the series aired on March 14, 2007 on Sky Mexico. The following year the group announced the end of the partnership on stage and the start of a farewell tour (in 2023, however, the band performed eight shows in Brazil during the “Soy Rebelde Tour”).
