This superhero series as iconic as The Boys has been renewed for seasons 4 and 5

Comic writer Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead) has promised that the three years that passed between seasons 1 and 2 will be the longest period that Invincible fans will have to wait. In fact, the show has been the subject of a double renewal as a third season has already been ordered for future broadcasts on Prime Video.

But the series’ success appears to have allowed it to be renewed for seasons 4 and 5, according to Skybound Entertainment, a studio founded by Robert Kirkman. In Article Dedicated to the crowdfunding of the Invincible video game project, the company is celebrating the renewal of the series for two more seasons, with a third described as “in production”.

Apparently this information was not intended for public discussion, as the mention has since been removed. Unfortunately for Skybound, internet users never forget anything, especially when it comes to their favorite series…

Invincible vs The Boys: Battle to the Death!

An irreverent parody of the superhero world, Invincible follows the adventures of young teenager Mark Grayson. The son of the famous Omni-Man, an alien from the planet Viltrum who is gifted with super powers, the young aspiring hero must overcome the weight of responsibility by discovering his father’s true nature.

As violent as it is trashy, Invincible is the perfect complement to The Boys – also available on Prime Video – although the two superhero universes are not connected. Their iconic characters Omni-Man and The Protector still appear in the new Mortal Kombat video game among the additional characters along with Peacemaker.

The first two seasons of the animated series Invincible Now available on Prime Video.
