Elizabeth refuses to file a complaint against Catherine

At dawn, Francois tells Lorin that Elisabeth will not file a complaint against her mother. While he wonders how Catherine could do such a stupid thing, Lauryn points out that it’s all her fault. If he is the first to notice that Catherine has many faults, he still makes it clear that she did not deserve to be treated this way. Since he’s doing the exact same thing with Boris, Lorin advises him to be careful before it all blows up in his hands. Francois then joins Catherine and tells her that Elizabeth has refused to file a complaint. When he asks what he wants in return, Francois replies that he wants him to vote for the merger and acquisition at the board meeting next week. And to be sure, he pretends that he was struggling because the idea of ​​meeting him in prison was unbearable for him.

At the hospital, Janet worries about Allen, who she sees as particularly tired. So he advises her to go back, but the doctor assures her that everything is fine. Claire, having seen their discussion, asks Dr. Louis about his condition. The latter then tells him that Elizabeth kicked him out.
