Who will win the BleuPré competition?
With Maré’s roommate, Anais feels bad about her disagreement with Enzo the day before regarding the BleuPré restaurant management competition. He didn’t think these two would ever get this far.
At the same time, Anais receives instructions for the final round of the competition. Each candidate must choose an ingredient for one of the opponents. Anais must choose between Livio, Livio Enzo and Enzo Anais. Livio rushes to ask his neighbor for an ingredient that Enzo hates. Anais mentions Brussels sprouts. He then confides in Salome that he lied. He will never tell Livio his friend’s true fault.
At the Institute, the owner of BleuPré signs the deed of sale of his property to Teissier, Rose and Clotilde. The school principal is happy. Especially since he is sure that Anais will shine during the ordeal and everything will develop as he imagined.
Clotilda then joins Enzo in his workshop to help him come up with an ingredient that will make Anais sick. But Enzo has some reluctance to fight against his friend for a project close to his heart. Clotilde recalls that Teissier’s decision to appoint her automatically was unfair and she is just as legitimate. Chef Armand then recalls the time Anais panicked when she had to cook a live lobster.
A little later, the test begins, led by Tessier, Clotilde and Listrac. Anais chooses tofu for Livio; Livio chooses Brussels sprouts for Enzo; And Enzo chooses lobster for Anais. The latter is in shock.
At the commissary, Claire goes to see Livio and asks about the recipe. A young man is about to cook tofu paste in tomato sauce. Claire discovers that this is not enough and comes up with the idea of making anemone tofu. It gives him all the necessary information.
At the end of the test, Enzo presents his plate to the judges. Teissier finds fault with it, but he does it well. Anais then introduces her own, explaining that her dressing isn’t very elaborate because she took more time to prepare the lobster. In fact, he decided to put himself to sleep before putting him in boiling water – a less violent technique, but a longer one. However, Anais gets compliments on her recipe. When it’s Livio’s turn to show off his plate, Clotilda and Olivia are delighted. After tasting it, Teissier is forced to admit that it stands out from the crowd. After deliberation, the jury declares Livio the winner and effectively the leader of BleuPré.
Returning to her neighbor, Anais mourns her failure. Instead, Salome encourages him to see the positive: he managed to overcome his fear by cooking lobster. But Anais is sad that Teissier was disappointed. Salome replies that the director still got BleuPré, as expected.
In turn, Teissier confides in Constance that he is convinced that Livio cheated during the competition due to receiving help from someone. If he doesn’t have proof, he can prove that Livio lied to get into the institute. In fact, the young man never had a culinary degree in Rome. And Teyssier fully intends to make this information public…
Billy interrupts Tom
At the commissary, Lionel notices that Tom is not in a good mood. She confirms that she feels terrible after breaking up with Billy. As the latter enters the building, Tom talks to her to reiterate that he wants to be with her and no one else. He admits his mistakes and regrets flirting with another girl online. Bill admits that he misses her, but he also feels completely lost.
Later, when he returns to his room with Penelope, Billy finds a huge gift box on the bed. In a short note, Tom explains that there is one a week. This is a way for him to prove his love for her. Bill is getting ready to open all the presents. The first one she opens is modeling clay perfume, her favorite scent since childhood.
After which Billy finds Tom in the park. He says that he has never loved anyone as much as he does. He knows he regrets what he did and won’t do it again, but in his eyes, the trust between them has been broken. So Bill decides to break up forever.
