“A very simple and exciting story”: Rated 4 out of 5, this is a must watch movie this week!

After Sur l’Adamant and Averroès & Rosa Parks, Nicolas Philibert’s documentary triptych ends with The Typewriter and Other Sources of Trouble. The feature film, which was released in cinemas this week, was very well received by the press attending AlloCiné, with an average rating of 4 out of 5 (20 for media).

What is it about?

The final part of a triptych that began with Sur l’Adamant, then Averroès & Rosa Parks, the film continues to dive into the psychiatric center of downtown Paris. Here, the filmmaker takes helpful caregivers to the homes of several patients who are suddenly helpless in the face of a household problem, a broken appliance, and so on.
