The hit series ‘Cobra Kai’, a sequel to the popular ‘Karate Kid’ movies, will come to an end with its sixth season.
After a long wait for fans of this production, Netflix has finally unveiled the trailer and first images of this latest installment, starring Ralph Macchino and William Zabka.
What will be the final season of the Netflix series ‘Cobra Kai’?
The sixth season will pick up the story, after Cobra Kai is eliminated from El Valle, the senseis and students must decide if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai (world karate championship).
In the trailer, we also see Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) back at Miyagi-Do Karate with all of their students, including Sam, Robby, Miguel and Tory.
Exclusive images have also been shared, including one of Jonny Lawrence with Carmen, Miguel’s mother, holding baby clothes, so it’s been speculated that the two could be parents.
When does ‘Cobra Kai’ season 6 premiere?
The final season of the Netflix series will be divided into three parts, so that slowly the viewers can see the result and say goodbye to their favorite characters in the best way.
There will be a total of 15 chapters split across these three parts (meaning Netflix will likely release five at a time on each of the dates).
1. First part: The first part of the final season will premiere on July 18, 2024 on Netflix.
2. Second part: The second part will be available on the streaming platform on November 28.
3. Third party: For the grand finale, fans will have to wait a little longer, as Netflix has announced that the final part of season six won’t arrive until 2025, with no exact date yet revealed.
The series has kept fans on the edge of their seats, remembering the story that brought Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita to stardom. Without a doubt, this final season promises intense emotions and an epic closure for the ‘Cobra Kai’ saga. Get ready for more action, nostalgia and unexpected twists!
