Following the shocking death of Arconia Neighborhood Council President Bunny Folger, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez) they are forced to unmask the murderer. However, three (unfortunate) complications arise: the trio are publicly implicated in Bunny’s murder, which is the subject of a competing podcast, and they also have to deal with a group of New York residents who believe they they are the ones who committed the murder.

‘Just Murder in the Building’ is the work of creators and screenwriters Steve Martin and John Hoffman (‘Grace and Frankie’, ‘Looking’). Martin and Hoffman are executive producing along with Martin Short, Selena Gomez, ‘This Is Us’ creator Dan Fogelman, and Jess Rosenthal.
Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez will, of course, play Charles-Haden Savage, Oliver Putnam and Mabel Mora again. respectively, the three mystery buffs who, despite their differences, join forces to unravel a mysterious murder.
Vanessa Aspillaga will also reprise the role of Ursula and, along with her, well-known faces like Shirley MacLaine (Leonora Folger), Michael Rapaport (Detective Kreps) and Cara Delevingne who will play Alicea sophisticated connoisseur of the art world who, in some way, is going to be involved in the mystery of this new season.
