The Curtises run away

After Etienne took the Aurors hostage, William and Manon had not slept a wink all night. They learn that Aurora willingly accompanied the Curtises in their escape attempt, but they still fear for her life. Indeed, they both realize how much Etienne has been twisted.

At the police station, the police lost track of Curtis. But they now know they’re looking for the whole family: Etienne, Benedict, Dorian, who’s back on the run, and Luna, who’s also in on the action. Timothée emphasizes that they will be less cautious in groups and therefore easier to spot. Martin seems confident.

At Curtis’ hideout, Aurora is handcuffed to the couch. Benedict regrets being involved in all of this and claims that they didn’t want to hurt Manon either. Aurora tries to convince her relative that they have no chance of escape given that there are police roadblocks at each border with Spain. Meanwhile, Dorian and Luna return to the hideout, announcing that they’ve managed to find a new car for the road. Benedict is extremely happy to see his son again.

Later, as the Curtises pack to leave, Aurora tries to win them over again. Gradually he realizes that something has been put in his bottle. Luna confirms that they carry sleeping pills. Once Aurora is asleep, Etienne removes the handcuffs and turns the phone back on.

The Curtises leave their hideout, and the Auror’s phone signal is immediately picked up by the police. Karim and Nordin go there. They find an Auror starting to wake up. Before falling asleep, he overheard the Curtises talking about a detour to Spain. Gives as much information as possible to colleagues.

In turn, the Curtises learn over the radio that the police are aware of their route. Etienne, having considered this option, decides to go to plan B: he gives Benedict, Dorian and Luna bags of food for a week. Before they leave on foot, Etienne contacts the police about their disappearance, then meets the family at a meeting place he spotted.

After Benedict, Dorian, and Luna leave, Etienne gets into his car and drives to a roadblock where there are several police officers, including Karim. After stopping, Etienne heads straight for them. Kareem fires at the car before pulling out of the way in time. But behind him, Etienne took the wheel?

Stocking door for Lucien

At the spoon, the slave tells Roxanne that she’s afraid Lucien will catch a cold because Georges doesn’t wear socks. Roxanne urges him to tell her. So Mona calls her son to advise him to cover Lucien well.

After hanging up, George complains to Melody’s mother. He believes Lucien can go barefoot. After that, George leaves for work and leaves his son to play. Then he takes a slave during the day.

In the evening, when George returns, he finds his mother. As she leaves, she realizes that Lucien has socks on. He takes a photo and sends it to his mother and accuses him of not following her instructions. The slave at the spoon complains to Bart because he says he has nothing to do with it.

A little later, when Melody returns to George’s house, the latter criticizes her mother for her socks. Melody admitted to her companion that she was the one who put socks on Lucien for fear of catching a cold. In fact, he was interested in this topic. George is deeply affected by her involvement and does not blame her.

Mariana disrupts Reno’s program

Reno shows Marian and Chloe the itinerary he planned for their family road trip across the United States. He plans to fly to Seattle and then back down the coast to Los Angeles, stopping in San Francisco halfway to meet up with Judith and Maxime. Mariana refrains from expressing her opinion on this route.

During a break at the hospital, Mariana accidentally meets Jordan. She tells him about the upcoming trip to the United States and admits that she did not dare to tell her husband that she would plan differently. Jordan then asks Mariana to say hi to Judith so she can see him, adding that he’s moved on since his relationship with her.

Later, Marian finally admitted to Reno that she had planned the opposite route for their trip: arriving in Los Angeles to end in Seattle. She is relieved to see that Reno is willing to go through with her plan. Actually, the latter had planned everything from the beginning. As he knows Mariana very well, he deliberately presented his plan in reverse in order to change it and give the impression that he was the one who decided everything.
