- pregnancy after assisted reproduction.

To prevent preeclampsia, obstetrician and gynecologist Natalia Castro recommends a healthy routine that includes a balanced diet and physical activity to control weight.
Furthermore, it is important to carry out thorough prenatal care to identify problems during pregnancy. When preeclampsia is diagnosed, the use of medications to control blood pressure may be indicated.
According to the gynecologist, the definitive treatment for preeclampsia is the birth of the baby. “However, there are measures that must always be individualized”, she concludes.
