Malbec takes William and Renault hostage
The police have identified Malbec as the person responsible for the poisoning of which Manon was the victim, and they are actively looking for him. However, the latter is unavailable and inaccessible. Martin issues a wanted message.
At the hospital, Nordin carries Etienne, who has been taken to prison. The latter meets William in the hall and asks for forgiveness. As he prepares to leave the building, Etienne surprises him with a Malbec. The latter points a gun at William, whom he considers responsible for his wife’s death.
Nordin manages to evacuate most of the people in the hall, including Etienne. He then tries to subdue Malbec, but the latter takes William hostage at gunpoint and retreats to the sitting room, where Renault is already. Malbec closes the blinds, then points the two men at gunpoint and forces them to sit in a corner.
Nordin leaves the facility and immediately alerts his colleagues. They come as reinforcements around the hospital. Nordine relays all the information to Karim, who decides to call RAID.
At the same time, Mariana and Victoire also arrive at the hospital parking lot to help the police. Mariana wants to try to reason with Malbec, to whom he announced the death of his wife the day before. But Karim convinces him and explains that Reno was also taken hostage.
Desperate to negotiate two hours ago, Karim tries to contact William and Reno on their cell phones. Malbec finishes one of them. Karim asks him to hand over the hostages, who briefly confirm that they are unharmed. Karim then questions Malbec about the food available to them. Since he is short of food, the police captain offers to come and get it himself.
Meanwhile, William suggests to Malbec that he avoid letting Reno go out. He claims that his wife’s death is entirely his fault. As the police advance down the corridor, Malbec decides to take revenge by shooting William. Renault intervenes at the last moment…
