Terry Crews challenges Anderson Silva to a farewell fight and the Brazilian responds: “I’m ready!”

The Brazilian announced his farewell match last Thursday (16)

Anderson Silva’s farewell promises to be a great event. This Saturday (18), actor Terry Crews challenged the Brazilian to enter the ring in Spider’s latest match. The fighter wasted no time and countered the actor. The event is scheduled for June 15th and will be held in Sao Paulo.

– Anderson Silva, I’m training and I’m ready. See you in Brazil on June 15th, let’s make it happen! – said the American actor.

Terry Crews is known for his role in the series “Everybody Hates Chris” – where he played Julius, Chris’ father. The actor, however, also has a career in sport. Before venturing into acting, Terry played American football and also played in the NFL (American Football League). On the field, he played for six seasons and spent time with the Los Angeles Rams, Washington Redskins and San Diego Chargers.

Anderson Silva announced last Thursday (16) that he will have his farewell match. The event would be boxing, but despite the exchange of provocations between the Brazilian and the actor, there is still no confirmed opponent.

The event will mark the end of the “Spider” career. A multi-MMA champion in the UFC, the fighter has had four boxing matches, with a record of two wins, one draw and only one defeat, this against YouTuber Jake Paul. The Brazilian has not fought in the UFC since 2020. In the organization, Anderson has left his mark on the sport and is inducted into the sport’s Hall of Fame, with his enshrinement as middleweight champion.
