In the event, Moore talked to the Variety and talked about the various scenes in which she appears completely naked alongside Margaret Qualley: “Going into it, it was very clear, the level of vulnerability and rawness that was required to tell the story.”
“And it was a very vulnerable experience and it just required a lot of sensitivity and a lot of conversation about where we were trying to go,” he continued.
The actress also praised her co-star, Qualley: “I had someone who was a great partner and with whom I felt very safe. Obviously, we were very close — naked — and we had a lot of lightness in those moments when situations were absurd.”
“It’s just about directing your communication and mutual trust,” he added.
In the feature film directed by Coralie Fargeat, Moore plays a fading star who uses an illegal drug to obtain a younger version of herself. For Fargeathorror is “the perfect vehicle to express the violence that all of these women’s problems are about.”
