At the police station, Manu interrogates Cedric. The latter confesses and shocks Arno. He did not know that the young man was going to kill his father. It was Arno who had the idea of the theft.
She asked Cedric to follow his mother-in-law, which he did. He discovered that Anna had many lovers. One evening he saw her in a bar with Borde, a person she knew by reputation.
He mentioned this to Arno, who had the idea to tell him about the safe. He wanted to frame Anna for robbery and murder. Manu then mentions to Cedric that he knew Arno was going to kill his father. He is an accessory to premeditated murder.
A few hours later, it’s time for Anna and Arno’s confrontation. In the waiting room of the police station, Florenti explains to his friend that it is not necessary, the young man confessed everything.
But Anna still can’t believe that her son could do such a thing. In her opinion, Cedric influenced her. He tries to make excuses for her. But Florent confirms that Arno is indeed guilty.
During the confrontation, Annie tries to understand what made Arno do what he did. Arno blames Anna. He accuses his stepmother of being responsible for his father’s heart disease and being corrupt. Anna protests, but in vain. Arno is sure that he wanted to inherit. He then accuses Anna of pushing him to kill her father.
Later, Ann is visited by Tais. He thanks the young woman for talking to the police because otherwise she would still be in jail. Tays then asks Anna how the confrontation went. She confides in him that she didn’t know Arno hated her so much. Ann adds that Philip loved his son very much. She hopes that he is dead and does not know that Arno killed her.
Not far from there, Elizabeth is visited by Claire. He shows her photos of the castle he wants to book for her wedding, but Claire isn’t receptive. He confides in Elizabeth that Florent is trying to be more, but she feels like something is missing.
Elizabeth thinks Kira is missing her. He feels a bit responsible because he is the one who found this boarding school. Claire reassures him, she doesn’t blame him. In the evening, Florent prepares dinner, but Claire is not very hungry and goes to bed. Florent blames the kick.
Claudine starts a new job
At the BGL office, Claudine receives Camille Grignac. It was his psychologist who advised him to see a lawyer. On the verge of tears, she confesses to Claudine that she was a rape victim. He feels lost and doesn’t know if he wants to file a complaint yet. Claudine asks him to tell her everything.
Camille explains to him that Baptiste Joosan has hired him to work for one of his insurance brokerage companies. They had been in a relationship for several months. At first he was nice, but then he became more and more jealous, so she ended their relationship. He then started harassing and threatening her.
Three months ago, he insisted on seeing her at her house. Naively, he thought this was an opportunity to make things right. He raped her that evening. Unfortunately, Camille doesn’t have any hard evidence against him. Claudine explains to him that it’s not because she doesn’t have proof that she can’t press charges against him.
But Camille is afraid that people will not believe her. He opened the door for her. The lawyer explains to him that his mission is to protect his clients, but also to protect them. He then emphasizes that if he doesn’t file a complaint, there’s nothing to stop his ex from doing it again.
A few hours later, Claudine takes her client to the police station to file a complaint. Alice takes his statement.
Back at the office, Claudine discusses her client’s complaint with Johanna. He notes that his client is under repression and is unable to return to work after the rape. His employer took the opportunity to fire him for serious misconduct, which prevented him from receiving compensation. Disturbed by this case, Claudine decided to take the case pro bono.
At the police station, Alice comes to see Ian about Camille’s rape investigation. He asks for help and tells about the case. After that, the policeman will offer him to call his former boss. Moments later, Ellis calls Baptiste and asks him to come to the police station the next day.
At nightfall, Becker investigates the investigations with the new prosecutor, Michel Picard. He informs her that they received a rape complaint against Baptiste Zhusan. Michelle reacted immediately upon hearing this name.
He explains to her that there are numerous complaints against him for touching and sexual harassment. Unfortunately, the complainants always dropped their complaints. They were never able to catch him. One of his victims killed himself. Picard does not want a similar tragedy to happen again. He is determined to do whatever it takes to stop it.
