The Young and the Restless preview: recaps of episodes from Monday, June 3 to Friday, June 7, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Devon and Victor worried about Abby

Amanda offers to give Devon back her parental rights over Dominique, but she refuses. Nina and Abby support each other after Chance’s death. But the latter finally admits that she cannot recover and asks Devon for help to take care of the baby. He and Amanda meet Dominic at home. Victor and Ashley don’t necessarily agree, but respect their daughter’s choice.

On the other hand, Maria is disappointed to see that she was not asked. Suddenly, Abby disappears without telling anyone… She goes through her husband’s things and finds a medal he received while in the army. He remembers Chance telling him that few doctors in Iraq were more deserving of a decoration than he was.

Is Chance alive in Spain?

These doctors were conducting a secret operation on Shansi at that time. So Abby decides to find this man and this woman. Her name is Kim and Abby manages to track her down… to Spain! On the phone, he tells her that Chance is there, still alive, but in very serious condition!

Abby manages to go there secretly, in desperate search of her husband. Victor and Devon are worried that they haven’t heard from him and hire private detectives to find out where he is…

Sally listens to Adam’s important conversation on the phone. He wants her to trust him, but he asks her to just trust him. Later, both of them share their childhood memories with each other…

William in a delicate situation

Lily and William must provide Ray with clarifications about Gaines and the Newmans. Shortly after, their article on Ashland was published online… even though they didn’t allow it! Then, Gaines admits to them that he lied… and that he just made a public statement to humiliate ChanceComm for passing on the content without verifying it!

Ashland filed suit against the company for defamation. William and Lily post a denial online that ChanceComm was hacked. In turn, Adam interrupts Sharon and Ray’s dinner to inform them that William was trying to blackmail him.

Does Phyllis still love Jack?

A police officer goes to Lily and William and plays them a recording of the latter threatening Adam. Jack’s brother is in a delicate situation and tries to make a deal with Victor: William offers to resign from ChanceComm if the Newmans leave Lily alone and in peace to run the company.

She is furious to learn this and berates her companion for only consulting her after talking to Victor… Finally, Phyllis wonders about Jack after talking to Amanda: what if he hadn’t been mindful of the truth she never forgot?
