Registration will begin on Tuesday 4th and will last until July 18th
Registration for the unified public competition for the academic year Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Interested parties have until July 18, 6 pm, to register on the website of the Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation, Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe), the organizing commission of the event.
Known as unified ESTor competition offers 389 vacancies, of which 116 will be assigned to judicial analyst positions and 273 to judicial technician positions. The notice also provides for the establishment of a reserve register. Salaries vary between R$8,529.65 and R$13,994.78.
Who can register?
To apply for the positions of judicial technician and judicial analyst in the administrative field it is necessary to have a higher education diploma, issued by the Ministry of Education. Some positions require specific areas of training, such as accounting, architecture, archival, library science, nursing, civil engineering, statistics, medicine (clinical), medicine (psychiatry), occupational medicine, dentistry, psychology, social work, and information technology.
For the role of judicial technician with specialization in systems programming, a certificate of completion of programming or systems development activities of at least 180 hours is required.
Since the tests are split into two different times on the same day, candidates can apply for two posts, one as a judicial technician and the other as a judicial analyst.
How to participate
To participate in the competition, interested parties must register via Cebrasp website until 6pm on July 18th (deadline). After completing the online registration form, the candidate will need to print the Union Payment Guide (GRU Cobrança) and make the payment at any banking institution, including lottery sales points and post offices. Payment via Pix is also available. You need to read the QR code presented on the GRU itself, generated at the electronic address.
Registration will only be confirmed upon confirmation of payment of the registration fee via the Union Collection Guide. The amounts are R$ 85.00 for the position of judicial technician and R$ 130.00 for the position of judicial analyst. It is also possible to request exemption from the registration fee, under the conditions indicated in the announcement
How will vacancies be reserved for black candidates and PCDs?
At the time of registration, the candidate must indicate whether he wishes to compete for places reserved for people with disabilities or to compete for places reserved for self-declared black or mixed race people, according to the color or race used by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics Foundation. (IBGE). According to last year’s TSE resolution, 20% of vacancies should be reserved for blacks, 10% for people with disabilities and 3% for indigenous people.
Which courts can I turn to?
The positions will be distributed at the TSE headquarters, in Brasilia, and for 26 Regional Electoral Tribunals (TRE). Only the THREE of Tocantins, which already has a public tender underway, was not included.
Selection steps
- Objective tests: preliminary and classificatory nature, for all positions;
- Discursive test: elimination and classificatory nature, only for Judicial Analyst positions;
- Physical aptitude test: preliminary, only for Judicial Technician positions – Area: Administrative – Speciality: Judicial Police Agent;
- Evaluation of the qualification: of a classificatory nature, only for the positions of Judicial Analyst.
