The new Ghost Rider reveals a power that makes him even more deadly

The Spirit of Vengeance has a new host that gives Ghost Rider incredible power, deadlier than the original.

Maybe you don’t know: the Spirit of Vengeance has a new host on Earth. In the current phase, the street villain known as the Hood, who normally annoyed Daredevil in Hell’s Kitchen, is now the “shell” of the entity who generally targeted Johnny Blaze. Plus: This version has an ability that makes it even more deadly.

Beware of spoilers for Ghost Rider: Final Vengeance #4!

So far, the phase Final revenge showed a hyperviolent Ghost Rider, to a level that the Spirit of Vengeance had rarely displayed before. It is worth noting that this did not happen by chance, as the choice of Hood as host was precisely due to the villain’s total acceptance of demonic power, something Johnny Blaze could never do.

Preview of Ghost Rider: Final Vengeance #4, which hits foreign newsstands this week, the plot shows Hood targeting a gambling ring in Chicago. The headquarters of the crime was in the basement of a common restaurant and, to infiltrate the building without attracting attention, Ghost Rider used invisibility to avoid detection.

Normally, Ghost Rider is the one who imbues his hosts with incalculable power, not the other way around. But in this case invisibility is an ability that Hood has possessed for years, thanks to his demonic cloak coming from Dormammu, the great commander of the Dark Dimension.

Hood possesses several supernatural artifacts in addition to his practice in mysticism and spell casting. And the Cloak of Dormammu is just one of those items. We are still learning about the power scale of this new Ghost Rider, however we can already say that it is the deadliest of all the versions seen so far.
