Romantic and fantasy film, “The House by the Lake” is directed by the Argentine Alejandro Agresti. The film is a remake of the South Korean production “Il Mare” (2000). With a plot that includes fantasy elements and time travel, the film stars Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves.
In the plot, Dr. Kate (Bullock) lives in 2006 and architect Alex (Reeves) in 2004. However, they manage to correspond through letters left in the mailbox of a house where they both lived at different times.
Tackling themes such as first love and the discovery of sexuality, “Hoje Eu Quero Voltar Sozinho” is a coming-of-age Brazilian romantic. The film is directed by Daniel Ribeiro and is an expansion of the short film of the same name by the same director, released in 2010.

The plot follows Leonardo (Ghilherme Lobo), a blind teenager who faces his mother’s overprotection and wants to be more independent. However, Leonardo has his first crush when Gabriel (Fábio Audi), a new student, arrives at school.
For lovers who want to enjoy a light romantic comedy with a lot of humor, “Como Se Fosse a Primeira Vez” is a good option. A box office success, the film stars Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.

In the plot, Henry (Sandler), a womanizing marine vet, has his life changed when he meets and falls in love with Lucy (Barrymore). However, he discovers that Lucy suffers from a rare form of amnesia. Every morning he wakes up with no memory of the previous day’s events. So Henry tries to win her back every day.
Considered one of the best romantic comedies ever released, “My Best Friend’s Wedding” stars Julia Roberts. Directed by PJ Hogan, the cast also includes Dermot Mulroney, Cameron Diaz and Rupert Everett.

In the plot, food critic Julianne (Roberts) realizes she’s in love with her best friend (Mulroney) when he announces he’s marrying another woman (Diaz). Julianne then embarks on a series of crazy plans and schemes to try to sabotage the wedding.
Based on the novel written by Robinne Lee, “An Idea of You” is a romantic comedy starring Anne Hathaway.

Hathaway plays a 40-year-old divorced mother and art gallery owner. The plot follows her unexpected romance with a young boy band singer (Nicholas Galitzine).
