How does the SVR platform work?
The Credit platform was created so that citizens and companies can check if they have money to receive from financial institutions. There are some specific situations that may result in amounts to be recovered. Are they:
- Checking or savings accounts closed, but still with available balance;
- Capital shares and distribution of net surpluses of beneficiaries and participants in credit cooperatives;
- Unsought resources related to dissolved consortium groups;
- Commissions and installments for unduly charged credit operations, provided that the reimbursement is provided for in a Commitment Term (signed by the bank with the CB).
How to consult the Credit Value System?
To find out if you have any value to redeem, it is very simple and quick. Just follow these steps:
- Login to specific site of the Credit System at the Central Bank;
- Click on “Check if you have amounts to receive;
- Enter your CPF number or CNPJ and date of birth, clicking immediately afterwards on “See”;
- Check if there is any value to redeem.
If you have money to withdraw, will be issued via the Central Bank system, but only to those who provide a PIX key. If you do not have a registered key you will need to contact BC to arrange a payment method or simply create a key and return to the system to make the request.
When researching the CPF of deceased individuals, you must be the heir, executor, executor or legal representative to have access to the data. It is also necessary to fill out a liability release and contact the entities from which the amounts originated to verify the withdrawal methods.
