Although Ghost Rider is always associated with the figure of Johnny Blaze, currently the Spirit of Vengeance has taken Parker Robbins, Hood, as its host. The villain was already dangerous in his own right because he had access to his magical cloak, but with Ghost Rider’s powers he became too much of a threat to walk around calmly.

Robbins used this true amount of power to eliminate his opponents in the criminal world, but it’s still unknown exactly how he used the Spirit of Vengeance’s abilities with so much ease, other than the fact that he’s just destroying criminals.

However, with possession becoming ever stronger, Johnny Blaze believes it’s time to put an end to it.

How to get rid of a demonic spirit?

In Ghost Rider: Final Vengeance #4, Johnny Blaze and Zeb, the night wizard, are talking about how to stop the new Ghost Rider. While Blaze has no desire to reunite with the Spirit of Vengeance again, Zeb states that the kindness within him keeps the demon from spiraling out of control.

A Spirit of Vengeance completely free to do what he wants is not a danger to the underworld, but to the entire Marvel Universe. An example of this is how the Hood has already managed to create an alliance with Helmut and a gang of vampires, who now work as his servants.

Johnny Blaze agrees that this is a problem, but offers a drastic solution to fix it: exorcise the Spirit of Vengeance and eliminate it from the world once and for all.

It is not yet known exactly how the former Ghost Rider intends to put an end to the Spirit of Vengeance and whether he has any chance of doing so.

Considering the rumors about Marvel Studios’ plans to use the character in films and series, perhaps this isn’t the end of Ghost Rider and Johnny Blaze together.
