The investment action carried out by 99 itself can help you, as a driver of the app, to save a little when refueling your car

99 announced this Wednesday (19) the arrival of the “99Abastece” plan, a plan that will offer exclusive discounts to motorists who use the application in more than 200 petrol stations in the city of São Paulo (SP) and the metropolitan region.

With the new feature, anyone who drives through the platform can earn up to R$ 1,000 per month, according to the company’s calculations, regardless of the type of fuel used, be it gasoline, ethanol or methane.

Launched in Goiânia, in March 2023 – and already available in the cities of Salvador, Fortaleza, Curitiba and Recife -, “99Abastece” already allows cost savings of more than R$ 16 million for driver partners who use the functionality.

The initiative integrates the actions designed by DriverLAB, the 99 innovation center focused on solutions for

partner drivers, which aims to invest more than R$250 million by 2025 in actions aimed at reducing operating costs and increasing partner earnings.

“The launch of 99Abastece in Sao Paulo represents an important milestone in our commitment to listen and provide greater savings and earnings to partners who use the app,” says Thiago Hipolito, 99’s director of innovation.

“We are excited to expand this service in the main city of Brazil. It has already had an impact on other cities. Our goal is to continue investing in innovative initiatives that simplify the daily lives of drivers and strengthen our partnership,” reinforces the executive .

How to get the discount

It’s quite simple.

With direct access via the 99 app, motorists can navigate to the 99Abastece section. In this space it will be possible to view the list of partner stations divided by location. When you choose the station where you want to refuel, an exclusive discount code is generated, which must be validated and applied at the petrol station.
