Among all the legendary theatrical twists of the big screen, Sixième Sens is undoubtedly one of those that has made a lasting impression on us as viewers.

Indeed, the trap set by M. Night Shyamalan in 1999 suddenly closed on its audience after an hour and 40 minutes of film, and we suddenly realized that Dr. Malcolm Crowe, played by Bruce Willis, died in the first series of the feature film.

So when a young boy, played by Haley Joel Osment, finds himself locked in a closet by a ghost during a birthday party, he wears a red sweater and follows a red balloon. And it is with a red ink pen that he feverishly transcribes the conversations of ghosts that are heard around him.

Obviously, given that Malcolm is also one of the ghosts, the sequence he’s involved in also contains (at least most of the time), an element of red.
