Ingredients CORN PORRIDGE WITHOUT DAIRY
– 2 cups almond milk (or nut milk)
– 2 tablespoons of corn starch
– 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of sugar

– ground cinnamon to taste

- Separate the utensils and ingredients for the recipe.

- In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold vegetable milk.
- Place the remaining vegetable milk, sugar and dissolved corn starch in a saucepan and mix.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens and becomes very creamy.
- Turn off the fire.
- Serve hot immediately, but if you prefer to serve warm or cold, simply continue stirring until the desired temperature is reached to prevent a film from forming on the surface.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Distribute the dairy-free cornstarch porridge in individual bowls or plates.
- Finish by sprinkling it with ground cinnamon (optional).
