For his 6th feature, Daniel Auteuil is taking Le Fil, an experimental film shot at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, to a special screening, followed by other festivals such as Cabourg, which took place last weekend.

Daniel Otey plays one of the main roles in Le Fil, alongside Grégoire Gadebois, Sidse Babette Knudsen and Alice Belaid.
Story ? After he acquitted a repeat murderer, Meister Jean Monnier no longer prosecutes criminal cases. A meeting with his father, Nikolas Milik, accused of murdering his wife, affects him and shakes his conviction. Convinced of his client’s innocence, he is willing to do anything to help him win the case, thereby rediscovering the meaning of his vocation.
