The dubbed version of the film began to be shared via X (previously Twitter) and the instant messaging application Telegram. Those using social media came across several links containing the film’s archive.

This sharing without the permission of Disneyconstitutes piracy and violates the copyright law (LDA – Law nº 9,610/98), which guarantees that only the author of the work has the right to use and share it.
If anyone wants to do the download of the work – in this case, of Inside out 2, — will require prior and express authorization from the creator. Violation of the law can result in a prison sentence of 2 to 4 years and a fine for the violator.

Inside Out 2 mass sharing
While X has removed posts that shared the complete film, accounts sharing the animation in its entirety are multiplying very quickly. In addition to the drives, there are free websites that host the film.
All of this could mean fewer people going to the movies and, as a result, less revenue for Disney. But despite being faced with this crime, Inside out 2 continues to do well in theaters and is already the highest-grossing film of 2024 in the United States. On Rotten Tomatoes, the main review aggregator site, the work obtained 91% approval from experts and was praised for its screenplay.
