The Bridgerton Chronicle has not completed Netflix’s heyday. While Season 2 is a hit on the platform, another project is currently being made focusing on three characters. Written and created by renowned producer Shonda Reims, this series will focus on the early years of Queen Charlotte, Lady Agatha Denber and Lady Violet Bridgeton. Fans can be reassured: the original actors, Golda Rocheuvel (Queen Charlotte), Agoa Ando (Agatha Dunber) and Ruth Gemel (Violet Bridgeton), all agreed to wear corsets for this new adventure. The spin-off series tells the story of how the marriage of Queen and King George led to a huge love story, but also a real social change.
Comedian India Amarteifio (Song Club) will perform a younger version of the Queen. For their part, Michelle Fairle (London Gangs, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) hands over her qualities to Princess Augusta.
