Coritiba signs agreement with technology company to improve service to members and fans


The Paraná club will use artificial intelligence at work




With the aim of achieving greater efficiency in one of the pillars of its management, Coritiba has just announced a new partnership with Somos Young. The Brazilian company, which has experience in serving fans and provides services to other major clubs in the country.

“This partnership is another action aimed at the digitalisation of the club, which is one of the pillars of the management’s strategic plan. With the use of technology, we will have greater agility and effectiveness in our communication channels with the fans”, comments Carlos Amodeo , CEO of Coritiba SAF.

“We are very happy to enter into another partnership, now with Coritiba, to maximize the service to members, with technology, innovation, empathy and agility,” says Henrique Borges, CEO of Somos Young, who at Cruzeiro participated in the growth of the membership from 28,000 to 70,000 fans.

In addition to the Minas Gerais team, the company also helped two other SAFs: Vasco and Bahia.
