A leak may have revealed Intel’s entire Lunar Lake laptop CPU portfolio, which would come in 9 different models with eight hybrid cores
Presented a few weeks ago, the Lunar Lake generation of notebook processors will bring a new core architecture and stands out as the first to bring it RAM integrated into the chip; But Intel has not yet revealed which models will be launched. However, the VideoCardZ website obtained the full list of these processors this Tuesday (25th), revealing nine SKUs that will hit the market soon.

According to sources on the website, Intel plans to launch nine Lunar Lake CPUs at the end of SeptemberIn total, the blue team would have one processor from the Core Ultra 9 family, four Ultra 7 models and four more from the Ultra 5 line. All models have the same 8 hybrid cores in a 4 + 4 configuration, but differ in frequencies, amount of TOPs in the NPU and type of integrated graphics card, as well as memory specifications.

A significant change in the compared to the current generation Meteor Lake is the nomenclature. The new SKUs adopt the 200 with the suffix V, which may initially scare off first-time users.
As confusing as the names seem, you can differentiate them through the last number: models ending in 8 come with 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM, while versions ending in 6 only have 16GB of RAM.
Ultra 5 will only have 40 TOPS
The simplest models, such as the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V, have reduced specifications. These products would arrive with an NPU of just 40 TOPS and TDP (Thermal Design Power) of 17 W, theoretically not compliant with criteria to be Copilot+PC. However, the number of TOPS rises to 53 with the XMX (Xe Matrix eXtensions), but this is information whose details we should only see in the future.
Integrated graphics cards will receive the new Xe2 microarchitecture, formerly called Battlemage. Details released by the website indicate that Intel will split Lunar Lake between Arc 140V iGPUs, with eight execution units, and Arc 130V with seven units.

Intel Lunar Lake processors will arrive in thinner and lighter notebooks starting in the third quarter of 2024 have already begun to be mass-produced.
