Preparation method

Place the peanuts, sugar and margarine in a pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until caramelized. Add the condensed milk, stirring quickly, until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the saucepan. Pour into a baking tray greased with margarine, leveling with a spatula. Cut into squares before cooling. Then, wait for it to cool completely before serving.

  • 2 cups refined sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 cups of roasted peanut tea
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 300 g of cream
  • 600 grams of fractionated melted semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation method

In a saucepan add the sugar and hot water and place over high heat to caramelize. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter, peanuts, condensed milk and cream. Stir until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and transfer to a baking sheet with a removable bottom lined with plastic wrap, smoothing with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap as well. Refrigerate for 4 hours or more. Then remove the plastic and cut into rectangles. Using a fork, dip the candy into the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wait for it to solidify and serve.

Preparation method

In a pan, add sugar and heat over medium heat to caramelize. Add butter and stir until melted. Add condensed milk and salt and stir until combined. Add peanuts and cook until they start to separate from the bottom of the pan. Allow to cool and then serve.
