Statements from banks associated with the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban) from Monday 8th they will have standardized nomenclatures. In the case of “deposit cheques at ATMs”, for example, which includes situations in which the customer deposits a cheque at the ATMs of the credited account branch, these are now described in the account statement with the acronym “DEP CHECK ATM”. Withdrawal transactions, such as when the customer withdraws cash at the affiliated branch counter using, for example, the account card, will be printed on the account statements as “WITHDRAWAL DIN CARTAGO AG”.
