The Minister of Institutional Relations, Alexandre Padilha, assessed, on the morning of Friday 12, that the federal government had a “very positive” semester with the advancement of the economic-social agenda in Congress. “With the jewel in the crown being the approval in the Chamber of the rules on tax reform,” he emphasized.
In the second half of the year, including on the occasion of the municipal elections, Padilha assured that the government will focus on actions, with projects such as the Gruzzolo and the Farmácia Popular, and with efforts concentrated in August and September to complete the vote on the regulation of the tax reform in the Senate.
“Our goal is to end this year with the regulation of tax reform, putting an end to the fiscal chaos in the country,” Padilha said.
The minister spoke to journalists this morning before participating in a series of debates promoted by the FHC Foundation, in the historic center of São Paulo.
